Cable Measuring Meter - MU100

The MU100 measuring meter is used for the accurate measurement of cable, rope, hose, etc, from 2mm outside diameter up to 100mm. The alluminium measuring wheel is directly connected to the re-settable counter and spring loaded to ensure good contact between wheel and cable. The meter can be bench mounted or fitted to a fabricated stand to give a convenient operating height.

Measuring meters can be fitted with alluminium, rubber or steel hardened wheels. Steel hardened wheels are recommended for use in measuring bare conductors. All measuring meters must be calibrated every six months and can only be done by CCE at the factories based in Alrode South. Meters not having a valid calibration certificate will be quarantined and removed from service by the SABS and or NCRS.

All the CCE measuring meters are finished in powder coating. Spares and components are kept in stock allowing quick turnaround times for service and repairs. New meters are generally available ex stock but should it not be the case a lead time of 3-5 working days is applicable.
