Manual Bench Coiling Machine

The Manual bench coiling machine was first designed for the packing industry. This machine is ideal for decoiling small lengths from a 100 meter coil and can also accept drums. This machine is capable to coil any form of flexible tubing, rope, hose etc.

The lifting or feeding end is fitted with a shaft or coiling head to ensure speedy loading and unloading of drums or 100 meter coils. In the center is the cable measuring meter which will measure cable of up to 50 mm diameter. The coiling head is manufactured to specification and is determined by the size of cable coiled by the customer.

This machine is manufactured to customer specification and available space in the warehouse. Bench coilers can be fitted with braked castors as an optional specification and allows for easy moving in the warehouse.

Normal lead-time for this machine is three to four weeks depending on thefinal configuration.
